- Flat Leaf Parsley
- Oregano
- Sweet Italian Basil
- Rosemary

I'd add these, too, if I had more than five spaces:
- Fennel, because it's delicious braised or caramelized and used all over the place
- Chives / Green Onions because you can use them everywhere and they add SO MUCH flavor
- Thyme because it's about my favorite herb and I will literally put it in almost anything
- Lemon Balm / Mint because they're delicious in or as teas
- Sage mostly because I like how it smells, but also because you can't make stuffing without it
