Someone must have really upset the written-word people. Not only does W not make an OO sound, LL does not make and LH sound (because there is an L and an H already), DD does not make a TH, and C is only sometimes a K, not all the time.
Poor Welsh people. It must be as hard to learn English as it is for us to learn Welsh.

i agree. One would think you would spell it how it sounds, not make shit up. W does not make the OO sound. they were just being evil.
